Found a deal on some lithonia hitek 30" 400 watt m 59 bulb 120 volt 4 amp aluminium housing. Would this be a good fit for my fab shop? 40x60x14 eave Im thinking 3 rows of 4 what's everyone's thoughts on them?

I know there is 2 million threads about lighting, but im confused with them. I have a 40x60x14 3 12x12 roll up doors steel building going up it will have the white faced roll out insulation installed so it should be brighter. I was thinking just getting 6 of those old school 1 bulb high bay...

there use to be a few places that would finance a red iron steel building. I cant find any anymore. my brother bought one and worked great, but he cant find them anymore. any experience in this? also yes I can save to build one but at this time I don't wont to wait any longer. thanks brad
