Is this a good deal on 24" x 24" porcelain tiles? $350 OBO for 425 sq. ft. of StonePeak tile
I was going to go with Epoxy-Coat + clear on my new construction 2 car garage but this craigslist tile + thinset and mortar may work out to be the same price as the Epoxy-Coat.
Thoughts?
