    Tyvek/Typar vs. building paper

    What is everyone using and why for building wrap?When I was in Alberta(cold and dry),everybody used Tyvek,it was rare to see the old black paper.Out here on the wet coast(rainy and warmer)it seems most jobs use two layers of the old black stuff.Any opinions?
