hello looking for input on where to place a vapor barrier. I am insulating under the concrete, some say under the insulation some say above. on top seems to make more sense to me , what is the consensus ?

looking for input on radiant heat, eps or xps foam board ? vapor barrier above or under the foam? thanks

Hello I am new here and looking for assistance ion in slab radiant heat. This will be in a pole barn in upstate ny my main concerns are with the xps vs eps and the vapour barrier placement. I have done some reading and find that some say under the insulation and some say on top . Thanks ITM
