Building a 36x28 garage, have 4x4 foot slab poured for it behind garage off main slab. Looking to spend about a grand. Anyone have any really good experiences with something in this price range?

Had slab poured yesterday. Will be 36 wide x 28 deep, 2 doors 9 x 8 and 16 x 8. I work from home so will have office finished above the area behind the 16 foot door ( 22 feet total ) 10 foot ceilings down for that 22 feet, the remaining 14 feet ceiling will be vaulted ( behind 9 foot door)...
