Anyone tell me how to start leather cup on end of ram into the cylinder of jack. Anyone know of tool or how to build one. Have tried piston ring compressor but not enough clearence. Am now trying oil soak and large hose clamp

Anyone removed large gland nut at end of main cylinder? Mine is stuck. Any ideas on wrench building for the nut removal. Do I dare to use heat? Are their any disassembly instructions available? Thanks bob
