Hello everyone. I just purchased a house with a great 30 x 30 shop/garage. It has 2 roll up doors with a pull chain to operate. My question is on maintenance - where do I oil and/or grease it to get smooth operation and not have problems down the road? Right now they operate fairly smoothly...
