Hey guys. I just had my concrete done for a 28x40 shop. He "sealed" it, but now it is turning color and looks like ****. He is saying he applied it right and that it will turn to white over time. Not sure what he used for a product. It has turned more, but it is still a mess imo. Thoughts?
