    Hello, I am getting my first garage. It is in hudson valley NY. I am building 24x24. I just got an estimate for the concrete slab at 7800. This icludes the slab and a 2 foot wall. No footings. Does this seem expensive? When we built our house it was only $13k 40x25 with full basement...

    Building a Garage this spring

    Hello, I am a new member in Upstate NY. I am in the process of getting a 24x24 2 car 1 story garage built in my yard. I am really excited. It's been great to look and read all of your posts for great ideas to finish my soon to be new garage.
