Recently bought my first house and wanted to share the progress of my garage remodel. Here is a pic of what the garage looked like when we first got the house. My plans are to insulate, re-wall with OSB, install AC, floor with RaceDeck (that I just purchased on black Friday ;) )

First time home buyer and planning on making the garage my own. The garage I am planning on renovating is a two car detached and has a raised section about 2.5" around half of the garage in an "L" shape. My question is, is there anything I can do with this? is is possible to level the concrete...
