How do I get the armature out of the body?

Picked this up the other day, runs, looks great. I was hoping for some help on a few things. There was a good amount of oil on the tank and at the base of the pump, if this needs oil- where does it go? Should I update the power cord, looks original now? Last thing, Do you know where II could get...
