    What is the ideal way to mount this Parker 272 Vise?

    Does anyone know the best way to mount this vise to a maple workbench? Is the bolt coming out of the vise just for extra support or am I missing some parts? The vise belonged to my grandfather and he had it mounted to a bench with some hardware and lots of washers. I'm sure he reclaimed it...
