    Icon and HF Professional ratchets, sealed??

    Curious if Harbor Freight Professional or Icon ratchets have sealed heads? If not, who makes sealed ratchets besides the tool truck guys? Need a fine tooth flex head 1/4" drive, maybe standard length 3/8" drive flex head, fine tooth. Not to be picky, don't want any ratchets with a 'backwards'...
