Hi all. I just joined here and would like some help with my garage floor. I just put Epoxy-Coat on my floor and it looked great until about 20 min. later a small section developed some fish eyes! I rerolled the area and it looked ok until about an 1/2 hr later and the fish eyes appeared again...
