Im looking to fasten my 5/4 mahogany decking material to my truck bed this weekend. I want to use self taping screws and countersink them so they are nice and flush. However, I am affraid that if i do not pre drill them all they will just snap on me. They would be going into 1x2x3/16" c channel...
