I have coupons that say cannot be used on welders tool boxes ect...but I also have some that only exclude cambell hussfeld products. Can I use these then on whatever or does it not matter what the coupon says?

I have 2 dewalt bit sets one drill bits the other is a multi bit set both about 8 months old. The multi bit set has probly 5-6 bits coverd in rust not just surface rust this stuff is hard and barly comes off with solvent my other set looks brand new still. Should this be covered by warranty? I...
