Hi, I just saw this on the samstag website.. PLEASE NOTE: Hazet is in negotiations for a new warehouse in the USA. Until the transition is complete, please allow extra time for delivery on HAZET tools. Does anyone know what this means? Is Hazet coming to the US?:drool:

I'm wondering why sometimes torque specs require one to "torque to x pounds, plus 90 degrees". Why don't manufacturers just specify a slightly higher torque?
