    Replacement springs for pear head ratchets (the cone shaped ones)

    I lost a spring to a 1/4 Plomb and a 3/8 Plomb in the same day, Does anyone know where you can buy replacement springs? My other option would be to steal some from a couple pittsburgh ratchets. Anyone got any ideas?

    What do you think of my Proto handle??

    I was bored last night and decided to put a handle on my old Proto ratchet and I have to say I love the way it turned out! I know I could have sunk the handle deeper but I like the extra length. Much more usable this way!

    I just got an old Proto spinner that has smooth bore hole on the female end. Doesn’t take another extension and is perfectly round. What is the female end for?
