Found this old tool and have no idea what it is for. Don't think it is homemade but don't see any part number on it.

I was in O'Reilly's and saw that their house brand Power Torque has a 3 pc metric extra long DBE wrench set. Not a zero offset but close. I don't really expect them to be great quality but for $27 they might be worth it at times just for the extra reach. Anybody have any experience with these?

I have 2 sets of Craftsman crowsfoot wrench sets and they both skip 15/16". I thought I might have lost one but the part numbers between 7/8" and 1" are consecutive so I guess they never made one . That seems odd because for me 15/16" is a lot more common size

I found this in old tool box that was my Dad's. I just have no idea what the use of it is. Guess It can just hang on shop wall cause it i kinda cool and looks useful if you know what it is for!!!
