    Old air compressor ID

I found a single phase 5hp compressor and before I decide to pick it up, does anyone know what kind of pump is on here? No identifying plaques, or numbers anywhere.

    Champion manifolds

I’m cleaning out my workshop and I have a box with some manifolds that came off my 1937 SE-30. After I blew a rod l I decided to scrap the old beast and use what I could on my now overhauled 1984 R15. The manifolds fit every r15/r30 I’ve tried them on. I suspect champion has left the design...

    vintage champion compressor sub box

If anyone has a vintage champion compressor and is in need of a sub box for it, I have an extra. Came off of a 1937 SE30. (Almost same design as R30) These appear to be used on 2 stage, 4cyl units for up until the later 70s/early 80s designs The first stage finned intercooler lines all hook...

    Quincy 350

Just curious, you all think 1750 would be a fair price for one of these? QR-25 Quincy 350 with a 10hp motor? I’m gonna have to buy a single phase motor for it but but considering if I wanted just the bare pump brand new, they’re between 2200-2600, it seems like a good deal. Comes with a 120 gal...

    Kaeser Dryer

I have a Kaeser HTRD 20 dryer and it just stopped turning on, not even the oh **** light is coming on. It’s getting power at the outlet. I’m not sure if it’s the power switch or a contactor. I opened it up and am in the process of looking around to trace all the wiring. I emailed Kaeser...

    Worthington air compressor

Dude is selling this by me for $100 It works. Tank has pinhole leaks but compressor is fine. It doesn’t say a model # but it has a serial. From some googling it might be an ED. Are these decent two stage units? I have an extra tank so I’m not too concerned about this tank. May make it...

    Champion SE/30/35A compressor

So I thought at first glance I was picking up a champion r30 but come to find out, it’s an entirely different and quite old. Champion can’t even send me any documentation on it. Does anyone here know anything about these? Or have an old manual? Seems like the manifolds are very similar if not...

    R30 champion

Found a champion r30 locally, not sure if it comes with flywheel or not yet but for 300$, it seems too good to pass up. Anyone running one? Or have worked on them?

Anyone run their saylor beall 705 with a 7.5hp motor?

So I have a ‘71 SB 705 running like a champ that came with a Dayton 5hp 1740rpm motor. I also have an ‘84 Champion r-15 with a baldor 5hp 1725rpm. Today I swapped motors and bc of the sheave size difference the SB was at ~740 rpm and is now ~860rpm and I can tell my tank is filling a little...

    Identify this IR compressor?

So I’m able to pick this up for free next weekend if I want it. Anyone know what pump this is? It’s an ingersoll but I can’t make out model on tag. Dude also has an older Quincy with gas motor but the engine is no good. Figured I could grab yet another compressor to overhaul 😃.

    Anyone use ShopCompressorfor champion parts?

I had placed an order with them on 10/6/23 for a new champion r15 intercooler, however my order is still saying “awaiting fulfillment” and I have sent the company a few emails, left several messages and nothing. Haven’t heard **** back. I’m pretty sure at this point I got scammed. Anyone here...

    1984 Champion R15 intercooler

I’m working on fixing up a Champion HR5-8. The finned copper intercooler was basically toast. The fins were crumbling. Looks like it’s 3/4 compression going into the manifold, would it be feasible to just use some 3/4” copper either with or without an aftercooler piped inline? I had ordered...

    New to me Saylor-Beall 705, I hope.

Well this has been quite a week. I bought a 1984 IR T30 242 in an insanely nice condition. Upon getting it home and removing it, one of my chains slipped and the unit fell off the engine hoist. I salvaged the Baldor 5hp motor, the pump was done. I gave the tank to a coworker. Next day I see an...
