The rotatory switch controls the direction. This motor is for the mixer paddle in a 200 gallon mixing vat. It was gifted to us by the previous drink manufacturer. It has a 3 phase twist lock plug attached. But we were told it was 240 single phase and I provided an outlet for it when it arrived...
