I recently purchased a 2 post clear base symmetrical lift. The base plate is 18"x17" and 1/2 thick with 6 mounting holes. The columns are 144.5" in height and 10"x9.5" with a wall thickness of 3/16". There is a safety release on both columns centered at 66".
