    Need A/C in my 30x40 shop, any good ideas?

    I have a 30x40 Olympia Steel building. It has 3" insulation on the walls and roof. Walls are 12' and the peak is 14'. I am in KY and summers are usually in the high 80's and 90's. I am thinking of a 30,000 BTU mini split. Anyone use them and do they last?
