Hello, have to know how much to pay per square foot of a concrete sealer application...what would be a fair price per sq. foot? for a 2 coat application. Which is the best sealer ?? oil based ? water based? solvent based? Appreciate your help

H&c concrete sealant: Low voc solvent based is $198.00 for a 5 gallon bucket and it is not a good product and it does not do as good as the "clear 23" oil based sealant. Don't spend the money. It is extremely expensive ! And it does not shine nor seals well.
