Ordered this box online at first thinking it may be a proto 9992, but it is definitely not. It looks a lot like the waterloo toolbox below and it has the date code in the left corner of the upper tray: 03-67 so most likely a waterloo. But there’s what appears to be white sticker on the lid so...
