My dealer doesnt do this but, I just learned from my other friend that there dealer charges the difference if its a warranty of a snap on tool. For example if its an "old" genuine snap on tool that cost say $20 back than and now it cost $23, he's charged the $3 difference and replace the tool...

once again, nothing against our SO dealers... Snap on USA, please do not think we the techs can not do simple math... Lets look at this months Hot Tools specials...the low profile socket sets(great tools by the way) there offering a "free" 9 piece 3/8 socket set when you buy the 10 piece...
