    Pressure washer ???

    I was given a free PW it's a Kodiak 2250 powered by Honda motor. When I turn hose on,water shoots out the bottom from a small hole that looks like some kind of plug. Is there supposed to be something in that hole. Also there seems to be an oil fill on pump which looks empty, what kind of oil...
