My garage plans are currently ******* in court. I'm currently sorta reworking the plans to try to cut a deal. While doing this, I noticed my architect has center posts on the first floor which is something I didn't want. He said he did this to keep things cheaper but it isn't cheaper to me...

Highest 2 post lifting height I've been able to find is 79". Would like to find something 82" or higher. Would also prefer NO floorplate. Anyone know where I can find one or maybe a manufacturer who would make one? KC
