I wonder if anyone knows the rebuild kit number for the 42973 ratchet? We have one that a customer brought in for exchange, and when I opened it, I discovered that the customer had lubricated it with motorcycle chain lubricant! I might be able to get it to work with just a little bit of cleaning...
