As the title suggests I am wondering what you all think are some good small size cutters for trimming guitar strings. I use 6" Channel Lock cutters now but I am looking for something smaller. Think small electric wire cutters but strong enough for music wire.

What is everyone using these days to sell used tools. I have previously used ebay and craigslist but lets just say my last attempt at either of those services resulted in some interesting exchanges.

I have a Snap On KRA-380D tool box that I purchased used back in the 90's. I don't know much about these or Snap On boxes in general. Just curious if these were consumer grade, industrial grade or something else? Also it looks like the previous owner had welded all the seems, anyone know why?
