Thank you! I will say that anyone considering the soffit storage build (a huge thanks to Garage Journal as I would have never thought of it) .. 1) Its a lot to build. Especially with lights, drywalling, building the doors/track system. More time and money consumed than I thought. 2) Awesome...

No isses at all so far! And I have drug some serious stuff across it (table saw for one) and nothing leaves a mark. Also dropped some tools from ladder height with no issue. Thrilled 100% with the floor..the ONLY downfall is the manual labor.
