I would not pay untill it is all fixed,and I sugest a different Sub to take down metal and replace and do it right. I also would call a lawyer and fill him in.

My question is if i Tile my 30X40 garage and then decide to install a 2 post lift.... can I mount it to the top of the tile??? or does it have to be mounted to the concrete ???
