I just finished the inside of my 30x40x10 with insulation and osb . Mine is built with osb and vinyl siding with 5.5" fiberglass in the walls and 18" of cello in the attic . A friend install a 95% propane furnace and duct work for me . I just had my propane filled and since Christmas I used 70.5...

Looks like your already having shingle issues in that picture ? Like the other have said you need a ridge vent so as the warmer air travels up and out it pulls from the soffit. Are you heating with propane unvented ?

I just blew in a 1200 sq ft attic with cellulose . I installed a tin ceiling then blew it in. If you go this route figure about 50-75 % more than the chart reads.

Same here I removed the over head door tracks to do the tin ceiling and it looks so much better without them. It's too cold to do anything now.

Please post your final product I'm thinking about the same thing. I don't like the door tracks hanging down from a tall ceiling

The heater in the center of the picture ( Dont mind the mess ) heats my 30x40 with no problem. On low it would heat your garage in the coldest temps.
