    Some of the things I build when I'm not moving or renovating that is... Apart from the Yellow GTR (was a Kit ) the other cars are now built from tube and F/G Matt by me from my molds etc.... and CNC machined with my own little 3 axis miller...

    Found some 3" thick Cooler panels in the local free adds last year, enough to cover the back wall... Seemed rude not to use them.. extra insulation is never a bad thing...

    Well new Electrical permit in hand and inspection in a few days... So time to get on an finish all that lovely F/G batts.... PS my front facing camera on my phone in broken... Don't normally post this many selfies...

    Just waiting for my Electrical permit (yes they screwed that one up aswell) the permit I got was only for the house So they now say, although I did say it was for the barn and house new supply new pole new ****** etc... 12 months later on the say I need a separate one just for the barn now, and...

    Well next the outer wall mounted solar Tube frames to go up.. 7 frames each with 30 tube collector on it... So 210 tubes in total should get a allot of hot water on most days in Alberta..... By the way I live next to the town in Canada that gets the most sun out of the whole country every...

    No time to stop walls to fill.. Yes more dam Styrofoam.... this time its up against the outer tin with 1.5" to level the outer strapping... Then 8" R28 F/G batts then another 1.5" Styrofoam to fill in the inner strapping before the vapor barrier...

    Next came the floor prep took way longer than I had thought. With building a short 18" wall out of 8" thick Styrofoam between the poles to skirt the concrete, then back filling the slope (18" down at the back of the barn) with 3" then 0.75" crushed concrete, needless to say the poor old Skid...

    The overhead cable that feed to the house with a Massive 100amps, and Yes i built the Frame of the Barn around the cable that was fun with out touching it. So now we have a nice new shinny pole, ****** and under ground cable system with 400amps. 200amps to the house and barn 200 panel to the...

    Time for the Tin, I got a Builder to help with the roof tin as I just like walking around on a slippy roof... apart from that me and me Mate Pete put up the rest of the outer skin...

    Lets not get into the Inspector wanting to change the roof after I had it all on with 48" on center trusses, nearly finished. Needless to say i had to order and load of trusses and now its 24" on center and way over spec for commercial let alone Farm spec... partly my fault but mainly the powers...

    So like a full blown idiot that cant stop moving just after getting the last house and shop near as good as we could get, we fell in love with a lovely treed 5 acre's just outside of town... And of course no shop. So I'm just insulating our 48'x56' 18' tall 2 store barn. Its running very close...
