    Most comfortable work boots?

Mine has been in my hands since I turned 31... Went a year in complete hell before the Dr figured it out. My feet hurt from time to time. Like you I've found that really it's changing out the footbeds very regularly that does the most difference. Or as of late swapping boots every day between...

KABO COMPILATION: spline extra long flex ratcheting double box wrench

Not sure where in Iowa you are but take yourself over to the old Hobo Freight. My Icon set has been running good for over a year now. I'm a mechanic running a service truck in the mining industry. I've been impressed with them so far.

KABO COMPILATION: spline extra long flex ratcheting double box wrench

Looks like Cornwell has the larger set in 120 tooth now the previous were 72t and clearly the same as my Icon and Carlyle. Here's the set I bought Wednesday.

    Astro Nano Sockets

I'm surprised no one has mentioned it yet. But the Husky brand from what I can tell is the same as Astro. I've got the 3/8 and 1/2 set from HD for... I think 145$? Either way they have their be place and I nearly bought the Capri then Astro and settled at Husky due to having a gift card available.

Stanley is losing money. Costs and products will be cut.

The MAC line needs some heavy-duty work as far as truck lines go. Can't seem to ever get a consistent one in our area. A truck full of Proto would have a hard time not making money in our area. Lots of want for it especially since the fall of SK.

Is this really the best Craftsman ratchet?

I fully agree the Craftsman premium ratchets were the best ratchet to wear a Craftsman name. I used pretty much just craftsman and sk ratchets until later in my 20s and these ratchets hands down were amazing and tough. Ran 6 years daily with all three until someone got their five figure discount...

New product ideas for Harbor Freight?

    ICON vs SUNEX

One of our newer techs at another branch just dog piled his box full of the entire Icon line. I was out there helping for a week recently. Only issue I see is skipping 24mm in the impact line.

HF Vulcan Arc Safe Helmet... coupons... alternates

I've not run a Lincoln Viking before. I use this hood daily at least two or three hours a day sometimes 8-18. Its been a good hood and the only think I miss about the previous hood which this one replaced was the grind mode selector outside of the hood. For Posterity purposes I'm a field...

The new $9000.00 Harbor Freight Tool Box.

Did some re examination of the pictures. Does the top of the box not hinge open at all like most other boxes?

The new $9000.00 Harbor Freight Tool Box.

Here's what I find funny. On their website they clearly show a 56" top and bottom box with an overhead locker mounted to it. How are you supposed to use the top of the 56" box and the locker together?

    Storing large wrenches

I keep them in a drawer on the truck as they get used a fair amount in my work. For home they occupy hangers on the wall near my boxes.

I’m curious - how many of you have given up on impact sockets

Many companies now have safety rules against running Chrome's on an impact. For us in the mining industry MSHA has been known to write a citation over seeing it done. And having have shattered a few Chrome's in my younger days I just don't see a need to destroy my Chrome's on an impact.

    Show your pipe wrenches

I'm a pretty big guy but our broken 60 was due to a pretty stout old guy named Harrington. Hooked his 10k tackle too the handle to loosen a impelller on a 18" dredge pump.

What products are surprised HF doesn't offer?

As the title says. What's some products or tools your surprised that Harbor Freight doesn't offer or haven't brought out yet? What do you think will be coming in the future. For me I'm not sure why they haven't really expanded their wrench and socket coverage better. I also really figured they...
