The well and septic are on opposite ends of the house -- well is to the left of the driveway, septic to the right of the house. Moving the septic might require some permitting but it would be placed nowhere near anyone's well, it would just be moved farther from the house. Good point though...

BTW, the parking pad halfway up the driveway (as seen on the satellite pics) is because the grade is such that 2wheel drive cars usually can't make it up the second leg in the winter!
