when i shoot my pick up the temperature is 17 degree celcius ... in the paint booth and outside it's about -8 degre celcius ... the paint i use is omni (ppg brand) basecoat solvent paint and dry considerably fast ( about 20 minute to dry... each coat...) and in my case the factor time is not...
