If you already have a 1/2 inch gun I'd get either a 3/8 or 1/4, Milwaukee would be my choice. I have the big 1/2 gun and to be honest it would be overkill for a lot of things on cars, especially considering you already have an air 1/2 inch. 3/8 drive fuel would be my choice:).

Thanks for all the input and pics, it's given me much to think about but ultimately I think I'll be getting the box soon enough. From an efficiency point of view it can be time consuming digging something out from the bottom of a drawer with other stuff crammed on top of it:thumbup:

Having like in tools in the same drawers is a big incentive to get the bigger box, at the moment there's no space to move stuff around to make it more organised. And the bigger stuff like test kits, pressure testers won't fit in the box so I have them stuffed down the back of it. Unfortunately...
