    Soil Compaction Test?

I would see if someone could come out and do a wildcat dynamic test. It’s strictly a load bearing test for compaction. No soil samples are needed unless required.

Source for unistrut C purlin beam clamps

Not to contradict redhead, because he knows metal buildings and the ins and outs. Almost every facility I have worked at bolts through the bottom on the purling. RV side yard concrete

I’m originally from Clovis. If the soil hasn’t been disturbed I wouldn’t worry about it to much. The ground is probably about as hard as the concrete over it. Keep water from migrating around the slab and you will most likely be fine.

How to attch a patio ledger to stucco home?

The correct leak free option is to cut back the stucco and flash from behind the lath paper. You will have a stucco repair, but you won’t have any leak issues or future maintenance. If you had an eave above the patio roof then lagging through the wall would be a valid option. Without the eave...

    Toilet offset? Only 11-1/2"! D'Oh!

My previous statement stands. Some 12” toilets are 11” or 11 1/2” or 11 3/4” center to rear of tank lid. So you either have to look at the toilet manufacturer cut sheets before buying or risk it not fitting.

    Toilet offset? Only 11-1/2"! D'Oh!

The dimensions are heavily dependent on manufacturer. Your best bet is to look at the cut sheets for the toilet your planning on installing.
