I've had one for 20+ years, kept it outside(no room in the garage), used it for a layout/weld/fab table & the drawers for small tool/parts storage. Still very functional! I bought it for $20 at the ALCO scrap yard in Oakland about 1992. These desks will easily support in excess of 1000lbs...
