Understood! When they restored the power it was not clean. Seemed like 4 attempts in 10 secs… and then a truck was still in the hood all the while beyond during the partial. So seems like they didn’t leave unbeknownst .

They were working on the lines for several hours, full outage. Then they restored partially with a dead leg. And that’s how it was for some three hours. Should I be pissed? Seems really irresponsible given the damage this can cause. Seems like they should not have have brought it up at all...
