Well the shop is full again! And we like big projects apparently! Time to polish and wax the 40’ RV. Remember tailswing when you try to make a slight turn inside a bay door LOL. As you can see we need more light on the north end of the building. Bite off more than you can chew - and chew it.

Done! Phew! Now on to the next project! The family that runs this Volvo uses it to pull a fifth-wheel camper. I’d say this truck doesn’t even know that camper is back there!

Did this one today, too. 2013 Duramax automatic GMC 3/4. We found the original window sticker in the glovebox and it said $58,000. LOL. That’s the cost of a base-model gas burner now!

Brought a new detail job into the shop. We’re going to do a full detail too to bottom. This rig pulls a 5th wheel camper. Will share photos as we make progress!

Yep! They absolutely terminated my shins a couple of times! Glad I have plenty of gauze in the ol’ shop!

Done! Now to line up a couple more for next week. Funny thing, we had pop-up showers happen right after I took this photo. It has not rained here in quite a long time. Had to rush the truck back into the shop!

Holy smokes what a sweet dually. Complete detail today of the truck and horse trailer. Nice setup! But it’s time to go home. I’m whooped!

I didn’t do anything today inside our garage. Took out the trash, straightened up supplies, but that’s about it. Didn’t do anything and am perfectly fine with it. We had a big weekend there and needed at least one evening of rest!

Phew! Done for the weekend! Holy smokes I need to go back to work to get some rest! Got the W-9 done!

Darn near done. So close. 100% buffed and waxed twice. Tomorrow will clean the glass, finish the wheels, and once-over the interior - then kick ‘er out!

Knocked out a full detail on this fella. Nice rig. Finished at midnight and hit the sack. My son works his tail off helping, and he loves detailing. But he’s going to wear his pops out! Taking two nights off and will be back at it on Friday night!
