Well I took everyone's advise and didn't get either lol , instead today I finally found one I like a lot and a already looked at it and bought it . It's an older craftsman , the po said it's from the 80s but anyway here it is.

Im leaning toward the matco cart it looking in way better condition the the snap on i feel i could clean the matco cart up and be happy with it

one quick question guys i notice on the HF website that they have TWO five draw carts and one is rated at 700lb the other 704lb. is there a difference in the boxes?
