The back half of the face on the anvil is missing and the top is curled over. It does not even qualify as an anvil anymore. That guy is way out of bounds on his description and his price. I would scrap it if it was mine. He has been trying to sell it for about 6 mos.

The long one is a screw starter. Pull the black tip out and twist it. Put a screw on and push it back in and it will hold the screw, start the screw and pull it out and tighten with regular screw driver. The one that looks like pliers is a hog ring crimper I believe.

I actually thought of that. My son has some (500+ tubes) of the epoxy stuff they use to glue threaded rod into concrete. Gave me a couple tubes. It's two part epoxy with some crazy holding ability. Might do that. Thanks

I know farmers around me that have about 200 gallon tanks or thereabouts on trailers and just haul them in for filling. Park them where they need them and use them for several months and then go back. Around me there are places that will fill any tank if you can get it to them.
