also what date is on the reciept when you buy something online and have it shipped to store? is it the date that you made the purchase online or the date that you picked it up in store? I know the 11% off rebate is only certain dates

so you can buy it online (and have it price matched) for in store pickup and then still get the 11% menards rebate?

They were giving these hats and the coupons out to literally EVERYBODY at SEMA a few weeks ago. I told one of the booth workers that I had signed up to get one online and she said that's different, only 5,000 people were going to be selected at random to receive them via mail. Its a nice hat...

ya my thoughts exactly. 10% on bare tools isn't phenomenal when you can already get alot of these free with purchase of a kit. I remember seeing 20% off bare tools from ACME earlier this year

I'm interested in getting this with the TIG package and want to get good at welding aluminum. Is this a good option for me or would I be better off with a dedicated TIG welder. Also is there a water cooled expansion I can get for this down the road?

I've heard good things about these but have never used one. Are they really much better than an ordinary 4.5 inch grinder from Milwaukee or Dewalt? I wish they had bigger 7" grindes on sale too
