Here's my petty addition. Wasted space above my garage window. A 1x6 with a door stop added around it, added a couple of brackets, and nailed it to top of window casing. It holds a ton of stuff.

They make 0 start,-20 start, and -22 start. I don't use the 0 rated ones. Also, order a few extra ballasts. Reguardless of price, none of the elec ballast have a long life from what I have seen.

I've used the epoxy capsule type anchors a lot(Hammer Capsule). Never had a failure. Key is make sure the hole is preped correctly. Simpson has anything you need. Just choose a system that works and is at the price point you want. You can also order direct from them...
Spare parts should be part of the order negotiations. You don't need whole extra units....just boards and such. I have seen group buys on like equipment when they sent extra stuff like that with the order.
I'm pretty sure this will come in at a little less than 100 units. To those guys talking of picking up unit for a few guys in their area, you might consider fastenals shipping option.
