I would talk to others at the shop you are at..maybe make a list of modt used tools..looks like a lot of that is sort of fluff that you may not ever need/use..you might be able get by with a few ebay auctions for a little newer tools that fit your needs better

If you are cheap the kobalt flashlights on clearance at Lowes are hard to beat for the money. probably brightest flashlight you can find for 9 dollars and rechargeable without having to keep track of a cord!

Composite ratchets, ball peens, and last time I went I realized I didn't have a shorter 1/2 breaker..the 18" (i think) has come in handy..also dead blows! I have a ball peen head laying around and was able to get 2 new complete hammers for less than a new handle cost elsewhere
