Several people have mention a simple solenoid valve. I also would use an "ASCO" type valve with a 120 volt coil. The current draw on these coils is max of 2 amps so it will work with any type switch. Guessing you could pick up this coil for around $250. Try ebay first then McMaster-Carr

Also planning on using steel trusses. Got any learnings you want to share?

Well 3 more hours spent on this small project. 5 out of the 6 post are concreted in place. Unsure how I am going to secure the post with water line. Any ideas? Did catch this picture of my son trying to hook up his trailer to his truck

Hiccup #1. Anyone guess what happen?

Little boy wants a clubhouse and I need somewhere to store lawn equipment. So the decision was made to build a 10x16 storage shed with a club house on top. Not much progress made tonight. After this picture was taken a little hiccup happen.

Another freebie from a scrap pile. Actually got 2 of them. 1 was given to my dad. Overall both units were in great shape. Going to see if I can shine it up a bit. Starting tear down now.

Success!! Hopefully this will not stay here long though. Same place I got all the other "Lista" cabinets will be selling more. Paid $225 for the big Lista other two "friends" were free. My lead think rest will sell for around $300 a piece. I am hoping for 3 more the same size.

We have been to charleston 10 + times already this year. It's our home away from home. It's about a 4 hour ride from home. MUSC is awesome cannot say one negative thing about it.
