4 post Quality Lift Q4P07. 7,000lb, like new

Last year I purchased a Quality Lift Q4P07 (7000lb) when there were two Spyders in the garage, this year there is only one. We're thinking of getting a Jeep this year instead of a second sports car so the lift would not be needed. I just thought I'd put a feeler out there since I've had luck...

4 post lift. Atlas Garage Pro 8000 vs 408-SL?

Thank you. This isn't an HD-9 mind you, but the 408-SL was $2,200 + delivery/install which of course will vary for you. Figure ~$3k all in and you'll be fine.

4 post lift. Atlas Garage Pro 8000 vs 408-SL?

Well in the end I chose the 408-SL. Partly due to installation time as it could be done almost next day. Bendpak was 10 days and install even after that. The lift itself is pretty nice I have to say. Looks solid, fits great in garage, lifts fast (maybe 30-45 seconds tops) and lowers of...

4 post lift. Atlas Garage Pro 8000 vs 408-SL?

Is that right! Nice. Any disadvantages to that? I imagine twice the time to lift?

4 post lift. Atlas Garage Pro 8000 vs 408-SL?

The tank is regulated but no oiler(?) that I know of. Forgot about the 220 motor, would have to run a outlet up to the garage. Really night and day between Bendpak and Atlas eh?

4 post lift. Atlas Garage Pro 8000 vs 408-SL?

On of the replys noted the Bendpak's narrower width and that in itself might just be worth the additional money. I thought I was sold on the Atlas but Bendpaks website makes a good case for their lifts. (of course it would!) Question about the air locks. We have air in the garage but simply...

4 post lift. Atlas Garage Pro 8000 vs 408-SL?

Thanks for the comments so far. The Bendpak does look nice but realistically I'm going to stay with Atlas this time around. Those with the 408, are the ramps sufficiently low and shallow approach angle? There are two very low sports cars that need to be able to drive upon it. Always hard to...

4 post lift. Atlas Garage Pro 8000 vs 408-SL?

I won't be able to make it in to the showroom to see these models side by side so I've been trying to do my homework online as best I can. Oddly my installer says he likes the cheaper 8000 model better and has installed 'thousands' of them. I like the beefier look of the 408-SL and hidden...
