I forgot to add, the handles on the harbor freight wrench pull out pretty far for a tap wrench, so the leverage makes it worth the shortcomings from its ratchet mechanism. I had to tap 10 holes about 3 1/2" deep into an aluminum engine block so the leverage made it a lot easier on me

I agree 100%. I was looking for a general purpose ratchet that was short enough to fit in places and with a flex head but still be long enough to have a little bit of leverage. I also wasn't a fan of the comfort grip for something I'd use in small spaces, so this is my idea of a perfect ratchet...
